How VELLOX collects, uses and protects information on this website.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
VELLOX, LLC (“VELLOX,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit vellox.tech (the “Website”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), the technologies you are interested in and your message. Your submission is delivered to our email and stored in our Website’s database so that we can respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. To help protect against spam, the submission record also includes basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type.
Phone and email. If you click a phone number or email link on our Website, or call or email us directly, we receive the information you share with us in that conversation, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details of your inquiry.
That is all. We do not add you to mailing lists without your permission, and we do not sell, rent, trade or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand, in general terms, how visitors use our Website. This includes information such as how visitors found the Website (for example, through a search engine), which pages were viewed, the approximate region a visit came from, the type of device and browser used, and whether a visitor contacted us (for example, by clicking a phone number or submitting the contact form). We record that a contact action happened; analytics does not capture what you type into the form.
We use this information for our own internal purposes only: to confirm that the Website is reaching the people we want to reach, to see whether our search engine optimization is working, and to decide what to improve. Google processes this data on our behalf. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Our Website uses a cookie consent banner that lets you accept, reject or customize non-essential cookies. Analytics does not run, and analytics cookies are not set, unless you consent. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings option on the Website.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Website to work and to remember your cookie preferences; these are always active. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the Website may not work as intended.
We do not currently run online advertising or remarketing campaigns. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy before introducing those activities.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business and Website, such as our website hosting, email and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, in which case this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information.
Contact form submissions stored on our Website are reviewed periodically and deleted 12 months after they are received. Emails and other business correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. Google Analytics is set to retain event-level data for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. You may ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.
Our Website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our Website may link to other websites, such as government patent registers or research publications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
